Shinrin’yoku

Japanese: Shinrin’yoku (noun) 森林浴 Forest bath, literally “shinrin” 森林 = forest, “yoku” 浴 = bath.

Example: 

Shinrin’yoku is a “relaxing bath”, good for mental health.  Shinrin’yoku doesn’t require a tub or water. During Shinrin’yoku, people enjoy walking and staying in the forest. Fresh oxygen air in the forest helps you to be healthy and peaceful.
